Orville Peck’s 7th Annual Rodeo is rolling into Pioneertown for another unforgettable weekend of music, art, and desert magic. Whether it’s your first rodeo or your seventh, here’s everything you need to know to make the most of your time at Pappy & Harriet’s.

ADMISSION
  • General Admission is open to all ages
  • VIP tickets, Drag Brunch, and After Shows are 21 and over
  • You can exit and re-enter with your wristband
  • Rain or shine, the show will go on.

Our goal is to keep the Rodeo fun, safe, and respectful for everyone:

  • Pappy & Harriet’s has a zero tolerance policy for unsafe or disruptive behavior. If you see something, say something
  • Drones are not allowed anywhere in Pioneertown, including at Pappy & Harriet’s
  • Dress for the desert. Days are warm and nights can get chilly. Closed-toe shoes are highly recommended
  • Pioneertown is a real town with residents and businesses. Please respect noise levels, avoid trespassing, and keep the area clean
Bag Policy
  • All bags and persons are subject to search at entry
  • Backpacks are not allowed
  • Bags must be no larger than a medium-sized purse or fanny pack
Allowed and Prohibited Items
  • No knives, firearms, or pepper spray. These will be confiscated
  • No outside food or beverages, including alcohol
  • No open containers are permitted anywhere outside of the Pappy & Harriet’s property
  • No chairs or seating gear may be brought into the venue
  • Empty water bottles are welcome and can be refilled at water stations
  • No professional cameras or equipment. Cameras must be no larger than a phone

Animals
  • Pets should stay home unless they are trained service animals
  • Service animals are allowed in designated areas during shows for safety reasons
  • Pets are not allowed inside the restaurant or music venue
Getting Here
  • Pappy & Harriet’s is located at 53688 Pioneertown Road, Pioneertown, CA 92268
  • The drive into town is stunning, but Pioneertown Road becomes very dark, steep, and winding at night. Take it slow and consider a designated driver if possible
  • Pets are not allowed inside the restaurant or music venue

Please drive safely. Pioneertown Road is beautiful, but it gets very dark, steep, and winding at night.

Pioneertown Etiquette and Tips

Pioneertown is not just a backdrop, it’s a living town with full-time residents and local businesses. Please be respectful while visiting:

  • Stay off private property, keep noise to a minimum, and dispose of your trash properly
  • Open containers are not permitted outside of Pappy & Harriet’s. This includes areas like the Likker Barn, Desert Willow Ranch, and Mane Street
  • Express yourself but dress for the desert!  Days are sunny but nights can get chilly. Boots are highly recommended over open-toed shoes
  • Bring an empty water bottle. Refill stations will be available!
  • Cell service and Wi-Fi are extremely limited. Download your tickets to your mobile wallet before arriving. Pappy & Harriet’s guest WIFI will be available on site.
Parking and Transportation
  • Parking is available for purchase on a first come, first served basis. Parking is included in Diamond and Gold VIP packages
  • There is no parking allowed on Pioneertown Road
  • Please follow the parking staff’s instructions when you arrive
  • Rideshare service like Uber and Lyft are out there, but can be very limited in the area. You may be able to catch a ride into Pioneertown, but return trips can be difficult without prior arrangements.Taxis are the most reliable option and can be scheduled ahead for both pickup and drop-off
